I don’t know what I would do without smoothies in my life. They are quick, easy, and delicious, and can be easily packed with essential nutrients. I normally have a smoothie every day, choosing to replace the meal I will be most time-poor in for a smoothie. This can be breakfast, uni snacks or dinner.
